To open an account on Bet Line, you must be at least 18 years old. You are required to provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number at registration. Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary across different games and betting markets. These limits are clearly displayed on each game's page. As a general guide, the minimum bet for Sports Betting is ৳50, and for casino games it starts from ৳20.
Important: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in games that support the cash-out feature (such as Aviator), where you have the option to cash out while the bet is still in play.
All game outcomes on Bet Line are determined by a Random Number Generator independently audited by a third party. In the event of any dispute over a result, the system log shall serve as the definitive record. Results displayed on a user's device or screenshots are not accepted as evidence.

You can close your account at any time — just contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining wallet balance before closing. Accounts can be reopened in the future if you wish, however accounts under Self-exclusion cannot be reactivated until the specified period has elapsed.
An account with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A monthly administration fee may apply to inactive accounts, though the balance will never fall below zero. Logging back into the account removes the inactive status.
Bet Line is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or third-party game providers. Betting is inherently risky — there are no guaranteed wins, and Bet Line makes no such promises.
Bet Line operates in accordance with international gaming regulations. Users in countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use Bet Line. It is your own responsibility to be aware of the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, only that specific part will be invalidated — all remaining provisions will continue in full effect. A one-time waiver by Bet Line on any matter does not create an obligation to grant the same waiver in the future.
